Design And Implementation Of Health Examination Business System In PanJin GuangJi Hospital

In recent years, with the explosive development of information technology, numerous of new technologies have emerged, such as Mobile Networks, Cloud Computing and Internet of Things. Human beings are undergoing tremendous changes which influenced people’s production activities and people’s understanding of the real world. Medical service, as a guarantee of human life and health, places an important position in all human activities. Centralization of hospital information management system is present the most important and the most effective approach to reform medical service. It will maximize the convenience of the patient’s medical needs, and bring people better medical care.In order to achieve unified management of medical data and regional management of medical services gradually, we develop a health examination. Because of the wide range of medical examination data and the complexity of medical examination projects, regional management of medical examination system is more difficult to implement than that of other systems. This article break examination contents down as individual medical items stored in the database, some of the non-split combination of individual projects, some project portfolio for the combination of projects, some projects grouped into packages, to achieve a level of medical examination content storage and good scalability. Health check users can select any combination of items and select the package for their own medical examination, and complete the medical examination of the online booking. In procession of medical examination, the user’s choices of each item become a detailed medical examination record. Data Structure of all health examination items are built into a tree and each user select a sub-tree of it.The whole system uses B/S mode and C/S mode to design. In C/S mode, we use MFC language to develop a client program which is mainly used by internal hospital operator to complete the telephone booking of the medical examination, monitoring of physical examination process, entering of medical examination data and other background work. In B/S mode, we use HTML language and Extjs language to develop a Web front-end, use J2EE technology to develop a Web server program, use Oracle10g as database, to achieve a good user interface and convenient medical examination services.
