Design And Implementation Of Hospital Health Examination Management Information System

The periodic health checkup has become more and more important in thepeople’s everyday life due to the enhancement of people’s awareness and demand forhealth with development of the society and the improvement of the standard of living.All kinds of periodic physical examination, including the special profession, theindustrial disease, the unit employee and the personal examination, lead to the rapidincrement of the number of the attending people, so many hospitals build specialphysical examination center. At the same time, with the rapid development of science,the people’s request of life-quality has been dramatically elevated．Many people haverealized that the health examination is very important to protect them from sickness.People have already been aware of the importance of discovering the disease andtrack it in time, so the purpose of future medical services is to make people keep awayfrom the diseases and keep healthy. At present the physical examination mainly relieson manual processing, medical staffs has to spend much time and energy dealing withall kinds of checkup reports. As thus, it is so inefficiency that the work of the healthexamination is restricted. Thus, the Physical Examination System (PES) plays animportant role increasingly.This dissertation mainly designs for the health checkup information system basedon the computer network and the three-layer infrastructure of C/S. It focuses on thedesign and development of the medical health checkup information system and deeplydescribe the system conbining with Delphi, middleware and SQL Server databaseplatform. It is the best solution to apply in session of medical operations andmanagement and will replace a large number of inspection documents, improve workefficiency and achieve paperless search. The dissertation designs the PES of the thirdaffiliated hospital of Liaoning medical university according to the methods ofsoftware engineering and mainly discusses the requirement analysis, the total design,the detail design and the implementation of PES. By introducing the application of theHospital information system (HIS), this dissertation describes the necessity for PES,detailedly analyzes the clinical requirement, and summarizes the related process, keytechnique, design concept, application, and applied circumstance, then proposesspecific requirements for improvement and development. Finally, a further discussionof the role and the trends for the Hospital Physical Checkup Information ManagementSystem process of development, and the expansive records.The thesis proposes the physical examination work flow with a single visit andthe custom hold only the examination guide to finish easily all physical examinaton items. The system can save the historical checkup information of every custorm,reflect detailedly the custom’s health situation and will help doctors learn and analyzedeeply the custom’s health prediction. Because the physical checkup is a huge project,there are many works should be done in the preparation of checkup and the checkupservices. The HIS system requires the PES system can quickly and conveniently sharethe information of checkup to improve the services of the hospital. Thus, the systemproposed can guide the customs how to keep best healthy condition, provide better thecustoms with different and additional services as well as obtain more customs’supports.
