Design And Implementation Of Information Integrated Management System For Inner Mongolia Transmission And Transformation Enterprise

With the rapid development of all aspects of the economy,power grid construction,as an important infrastructure construction,has entered a new stage.As the leader of the national energy system infrastructure construction,power transmission and transformation enterprises have many difficulties,such as complex business,difficult construction,long time span,scattered construction sites,and so on.Adopt brand-new,special and high-standard management process and means.In this paper,Inner Mongolia Power Transmission and Distribution Company uses information technology to improve its internal management level in daily office,integrates all aspects of internal processes,establishes a complete information platform,and realizes the digitalization and networking of internal business management,engineering implementation process and other aspects of the enterprise.This paper studies the internal management process of Inner Mongolia Power Transmission and Distribution Company.The development of the system follows the core idea of software engineering.In the stage of requirement analysis,the use case diagram of UML is used to analyze the internal management business of Inner Mongolia Power Transmission and Distribution Company.Based on the result of requirement analysis,the internal management business of the company is analyzed.The system architecture design,function modules and database design are completed.Finally,The author realized the system by coding.Aiming at the needs of communication,information release,attendance,leave examination and approval,video conference and project management in power transmission and distribution company,the related business management module,video conference module and project management module are designed by using object-oriented system design method.According to the determined technical route,the author uses J2 EE technology,JAVA language and MySQL database to code and implement the functional modules of the integrated information management system.At present,the system has been put into use formally.By improving the business process and operating traces,it ensures the rationality of business process,data consistency and integrity,speeds up business efficiency,improves the level of business management within the enterprise,and ensures all data traceability and security.
