With the integration of global economy,enterprises are faced with increasingly complex market environment and fierce competition.Many traditional business processes of enterprises can hardly cope with the rapidly changing market requirements.In addition,the rapid development of information technology in recent years has had a profound impact on the organizational form and business process of enterprises.In the era of industrialization,the disadvantages of the organization and management method of professional division of labor become more and more obvious.Under the traditional pyramid hierarchical management mode of enterprises,everyone is specialized,that is,only the part he is responsible for is done very well,but the overall cooperation within the enterprise is not emphasized.As a result,the performance of departments varies greatly but the overall benefit of enterprises is generally bad.The production and operation of enterprises is a systematic engineering problem.Enterprises should comply with the requirements of the changing times,actively use information technology to complete the transformation of operation mode and achieve sustainable development in the global dynamic environment.China's supervision enterprises started late,has a small scale and single business scope,most of them are unable to provide comprehensive project supervision services.In addition,enterprise organizational structure chaos,lack of talent reserve,low degree of information technology and other factors seriously hinder the developmentofsupervision industry.In view of the development dilemma of supervision enterprises in our country,this paper uses the theory of business process reengineering(BPR)and ABC analysis,in Xi'an supervision enterprise(hereinafter referred to as M enterprises)as the object,the research analysis of the current situation of M enterprise business process,organization form and the problems existing in the personnel management and project management,the enterprise's core business activities into a series of operations,quantitative analysis and the cost of each homework cost drivers,find out the key points of process optimization and breakthrough.Based on the detailed analysis of each problem one by one,BPR process optimization was carried out on the basis of the problems found and the key process of process reengineering,the results of the optimized process were analyzed to verify whether the process optimization was successful.Then,according to the requirements of informatization in the business process reengineering of enterprises,the informatization requirements of supervision enterprises are analyzed,and the information management system of supervision enterprises is designed and implemented according to the optimized business process and specific businesses of supervision enterprises.The system includes supervision enterprise personnel management,project management,data and archives management and other almost business.Combined with the actual situation of frequent turnover of supervisors,the system can realize the remote office of supervisors and provide real-time personnel dynamic information.The system has been put into use in M enterprise.Through the later analysis and research,it is found that after the implementation of business process reengineering and information technology in M enterprise,the resource cost consumption of the enterprise is significantly reduced,the service quality and level of the enterprise are greatly improved,and the informatization level is higher than many other supervision companies.
