With the continuous development of Shanghai trust business,a cooperative office management system is planned to be established within the company to meet the requirements of platform system,flexible configuration,advanced design technology,stable and mature software application,after-sales service and so on.Cooperative office system based on J2 EE technology,B/S mode of the three tier structure design.In principle,the technology used in this paper should be adopted first with mature and easy-to-implement technology to improve the feasibility of project design.The key technologies include Workflow technology,UI technology and so on.The database adopts Oracle technology.The combination of these technologies can help to build a high-performance cooperative office system to meet the system processing and storage of information needs.The system consists of 3 main functional modules: portal management,process management and knowledge base.Help Shanghai Trust and its subordinates to build a collaborative office system including department information portal,cost management,administrative management,document management,procurement management,mobile office,system integration,etc.The most important feature of the cooperative office system is the combination of online and offline office processes,integration of office space resources,through the exchange of information in various office links,thus greatly improving office efficiency,saving office time and labor costs.With the penetration of the Internet + concept,all walks of life have undergone transformation and upgrading.With the trial operation of the cooperative office system,the traditional office mode has been changed,the office efficiency has been improved,and the office,management and business development of Shanghai Trust and its subordinate molecular organizations have been supported.Collaborative office system is not only to assist the past office processes of enterprises,process informationization,digital processing,so as to achieve efficient operation,at the same time,it will also react to offline office processes,through computer technology to simulate a more reasonable office process,thereby helping enterprises improve process management,enterprise management system Degree and mode.It is the combination of online and offline that can create efficient office system.
