Reserch On Risk Management Of SCYD Internet TV EPG Project

With the advancement of technology,Internet TV is making great strides forward.The traditional one-way broadcast media has become a thing of the past,and accurate personalized entertainment enjoyment is a popular trend.Internet TV is a public infrastructure platform that uses public networks to transmit media resources and provide entertainment and consumption for film and television.The game,video,education,animation and other content are included on the platform,which has been liked and supported by users.In order to better serve users,the SCYD Internet TV EPG project came into being.The SCYD Internet TV platform is the company's business innovation in the new business form.Due to the increase in customer data and the increase in user demand,previous platforms have been unable to meet business needs at all.The Internet TV platform is a multi-platform system that is coupled to each other,involving many functional modules and complex business processes.For this reason,in the past projects,there have been various situations in which the project objectives cannot be achieved due to risk factors.Therefore,research on risk management for the SCYD Internet TV platform is necessary.Successful projects must be related to good project management.Project management is so important that it has become the consensus of modern people.However,risk management is an important part of project management,directly related to the success or failure of the project.Through the research on the related theories of project management and the actual situation of SCYD Internet TV EPG project,this paper analyzes the risk issues and related countermeasures in the project management process in detail,and finally applies the research results to the actual management of the project.This paper focuses on the three major parts of risk analysis,risk identification and risk response of project risk management.The research on each part combines the actual project management scenarios.In this paper,Delphi method and AHP analytic method are used in risk identification and risk assessment respectively.Delphi method is an expert consultation method,which has the advantage of reducing the interference between experts and trying to make the judgment of experts as fair as possible.AHP analytic hierarchy process is a commonly used method for risk quantification.It is characterized by decomposing risk factors one by one,forming a matrix,calculating risk weights,and providing quantitative data for decision-making related to risk response.In this study,some of PRINCE2's management methods were combined with PMBOK's risk management approach.After the research of this paper,the overall risk indicators of the SCYD Internet TV EPG project are obtained.The calculation process and method can provide reference for subsequent similar complex projects.For various reasons,the popularity of PRINCE2 in China has not been high,and I hope to improve this situation through the study of risk management in this paper.PRINCE2 and PMBOK are the two major systems of management science.If the advantages of the two systems can be combined and applied in practice,it is believed that the project management science will be further developed.
