Research On Risk Management Of Scoring Software Project

With the development of the times and the transformation of industrialization,the trend of informatization is pouring into all aspects of society and industry.The rapid development of the Internet has brought tremendous changes to all aspects of society,especially to the software industry.Faced with massive data,software development project based on data utilization has become an important branch of Engineering subject.This paper focuses on the risk management of scoring software projects.Based on the engineering practice,it tries to provide practical guidance and research reference for effective risk management of similar projects.This paper covers the identification,analysis,response and monitoring of project risk management.Taking the scoring software project represented by C project as an example,a risk management model for scoring software project management is established.The main risks of the project are identified by checklist method,Delphi method and flow chart method.The risk of the project is analyzed and ranked by brainstorming method and risk graph method.Aim at the risk items obtained,the design of response strategy and the design of risk monitoring sheet oriented to project monitoring are carried out.Through the systematic analysis of C project,the risk management system of this kind of project is established,which solves the problem that the risk management of scoring software project lacks a reference case system to some extent.
