Application Of WeChat In Public Archives

With the development of Internet technology,various types of social media tools emerge as the times require.The emergence of social media has changed people's way of life and production,so we can not underestimate social media.Wechat is one of the social media,and it is also the most influential instant messaging tool with the largest number of users.WeChat's public platform undoubtedly gives us a bigger expectation for WeChat.Using public account platform to carry out self-Media activities is simply to carry out one-to-many media sexual activities,which has formed a mainstream online and offline Wechat interactive marketing mode.Public archives is the management department that unifies the archives of the Party and government organs.At the same time,it has the important responsibility of "keeping files for the Party,keeping history for the country and serving the people".It is necessary to manage the important archives of the Party and the country,protect the country's historical and cultural property and social memory,and do a good job of archives facing the public.Service work.So,how archives should be fully integrated into the social media Weixin,and provide the public with good quality and intimate public services,is a question that every archivist needs to think about.In this paper,31 provincial archives as the research object,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Archives of the micro-communication public platform "Inner Mongolia archives information" as a specific case,the use of literature research,network research and case analysis.After giving the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad,this paper first introduces the concept of Weixin,Weixin public platform and public archives,the development process of Weixin and its advantages anddisadvantages for traditional media.Secondly,this paper analyzes the influence of Weixin on archives work from three aspects: archives resources construction,archives utilization service and archives publicity,that is,to enrich and optimize archives information resources,to change the archives information service mode,and to meet the needs of people's interests.Statistics of 31 provincial archives using Wechat public platform of the actual situation,so as to analyze the status of domestic archives using Wechat.By extracting the current situation,this paper draws the following conclusions:the file service is not convenient,the quality of file information issuance is poor,the communication with users is little,the information security is not paid attention to,the social media knowledge of archivists is scarce,the fund is insufficient,and through the analysis of the existing problems,it draws the archives industry's major environmental impact,service concepts and follow-up.There are six reasons for the lack of diversified development of social media,inaccurate matching of service positioning with users,inadequate development of Library archives,lack of a unified interactive communication model,weak awareness of information security,insufficient construction of operation team and lack of funds.On this basis,the author puts forward several suggestions on how to perfect the system,cultivate the spirit of public service,mold and apply the concept of social media service,integrate resources,create the file dissemination matrix,display the characteristic file culture,construct the user interactive platform,and develop the new functions of the platform,so as to meet the users' requirements for file inquiry and utilization.Based on long-term development,we must ensure the necessary funds for the operation of social media platforms and strengthen the construction of operational teams.Finally,a general summary of the article is given.
