China's smart mobile phone consumer market is the world's largest mobile phone consumer market,with the development of the intelligent mobile phone production enterprises and market competition intensifying,the current scale of mobile phone users also tend to be stable.The current situation of the smart mobile phone market is faced with close to saturation,so mobile phone production enterprise is faced with unprecedented challenges.This paper is based on the HUAWEI intelligent mobile phone market in Dalian marketing environment,from product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and marketing strategy analysis of four aspects of the current marketing strategy in Dalian market,puts forward the optimization suggestion and implementation and control measures.I hope this article will provide a reference for HUAWEI to open up the Northeast market of smart phones,and make marketing strategies for other domestic mobile brands in China's smart phone consumer market.The structure of this paper is as follows:the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the topic,and the research status of the topic at home and abroad,as well as the research methods used.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of marketing strategy,including consumer behavior theory,STP theory,marketing mix 4P theory,and marketing related analysis tools,including PEST analysis tools and SWOT analysis tools.The third chapter is the marketing environment analysis of HUAWEI smart phone.It mainly includes three aspects:macro environment analysis,micro environment analysis and SWOT analysis of HUAWEI smartphone marketing.By analyzing the marketing status of HUAWEI smart phone in Dalian market,it laid the foundation for the research of this thesis.The fourth chapter is mainly about the survey of the consumers in Dalian smart phone market,which is mainly divided into questionnaire design,investigation process and survey statistics.The fifth chapter,based on the investigation of the consumer situation in Dalian smart phone market,analyzes the current marketing strategy and problems of HUAWEI smart phone,and then puts forward the optimization strategy of HUAWEI smart phone marketing in Dalian.The sixth chapter mainly introduces the protection measures of HUAWEI smart phone marketing strategy,in order to truly realize marketing strategy,improve sales and market status,for the research of HUAWEI smart phone marketing strategy in Dalian.
