Since the 1990 s,with the intervention of the Internet,the software industry has developed rapidly,the competition of software enterprises is extremely fierce.This paper takes the knowledge workers of Hanhan L software company as the research object,based on the theory system of incentive mechanism at home and abroad,obtains the large amount of data through the questionnaire survey,extracts the main factor of the effective encouragement to the knowledge worker from the data analysis.At the same time,carries on the system analysis to the Hanhan L software company's existing employee incentive mechanism,This paper analyzes the existing problems from different dimensions,finds out the crux and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.In terms of compensation and benefits,the paper analyzes the problems from the aspects of basic salary,performance mechanism,living welfare,and overtime system;In terms of training and learning,the deficiencies are pointed out from its training concept,training time,training content and training form.In terms of selfrealization,it points out such problems as narrow promotion channels,insufficient concern for employees' career,insufficient decision-making authorization and inadequate recognition of achievements.In terms of the working environment,it analyzes the deficiencies of unscientific work arrangements,inadequate communication,and unreasonable office environment;In terms of corporate culture,it analyzes the lag of corporate culture construction,the lack of distinctive personality,the lack of employees' recognition of corporate culture,the lack of innovation atmosphere and the lack of teamwork awareness.Finally,the author puts forward some constructive suggestions to solve the existing problems of employee incentive mechanism in L software company,to maximize the enthusiasm,initiative,cohesion and creativity of employees,to train and absorb high quality talents,and to build a team of highly qualified staff who can calmly deal with the changing industry environment,condensing the core competitiveness of the company.At the same time,looking at non-central city software Enterprises,hope that through this case study,explore a better way out,to enable other similar enterprises for reference,for its development to provide new ideas.
