With the progress of the times,enterprise competition is becoming more and more fierce,and talent competition is undoubtedly the core of enterprise competition.The software industry is a knowledge-intensive industry,so R ? D personnel are the core resources of software enterprises.Their ability directly determines the technical ability,industry status and development speed of software enterprises,and is also the key to enhances the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.However,R ? D personnel have unique personality characteristics due to the background of the times,educational environment,values and other factors.It is urgent to explore effective incentive mechanisms,stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative,and avoid the waste of corporate costs and low efficiency of project development.To effectively control the problem of R?D staff turnover,the article analyzes the satisfaction of R?D staff incentive mechanism of A software company through questionnaires based on the basic theory of incentive,and explores the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of R?D staff of A software company;and then optimizes the implementation plan of the incentive mechanism of R?D staff of A software company to improve the satisfaction of R?D staff.Finally,the optimization of the incentive mechanism can be carried out smoothly and achieve good results from the aspects of system improvement,leadership strengthening and financial guarantee.Through the study,it is found that salary management,performance appraisal,training and learning,career planning and corporate culture affect the stability of the R ? D team.Only by optimizing the incentive mechanism in these aspects can the enthusiasm of software R ? D personnel be improved and the staff turnover rate is reduced.The optimization scheme of this paper has great significance to improve the follow-up development of A software company.At the same time,it has important reference value and significance for the same industry and enterprises facing similar problems,helping enterprises to achieve maximum benefits and promoting the development of China 's software industry.
