Performance appraisal is one of the most important items in the management of an enterprise.It mainly investigates the operation of the enterprise and establishes an evaluation system and a reward and punishment system for the operation of the enterprise.The establishment of performance appraisal system is the foundation and premise of enterprise management and development.With the development of economy and the advance of economic globalization,the international securities market is changing with each passing day,and the competition is becoming more and more intense.In order to adapt to the development trend of international securities,China's securities companies for its development and management increasingly attention to the continuous performance of the enterprise assessment of the new requirements.Based on this,a performance evaluation system suitable for modern securities companies is an important symbol of modernized securities companies to realize internal management optimization and system reform.It is also an important way to realize enterprise management idea and enterprise management system.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to establish and perfect the performance evaluation system which is applicable to the enterprise to perfect the theory of securities research and enhance the economic competitiveness of China's securities companies.The establishment of the performance evaluation system is ultimately to establish the management system applicable to the securities company,achieve the fine value management of the securities company,and complete the performance evaluation of the employees of the company.To evaluate the performance of employees based on the company's comprehensive operating conditions and business objectives,the performance evaluation model established should be fair,fair and open,and it can achieve multi-level and multi-dimensional division of employees.The company's operating performance and employee's performance appraisal are combined to establish a comprehensive comprehensive enterprise performance appraisal system.This paper introduces the relevant content of the development of the securities company's performance appraisal system,and designs the performance appraisal system which is suitable for the securities company in China through the analysis and design of the system software.Firstly,it starts from the theoretical research of the subject,introduces the research background of this subject,analyzes the research significance of this subject,and analyzes the present situation of this research,and then puts forward the main research contents of this thesis.Then it discusses the key technologies in the development of the securities company's performance appraisal system,and discusses the three aspects of JAVA web technology,software framework technology and system development environment respectively.Then,according to the actual situation of the securities company,the paper puts forward the specific system requirements of establishing the performance appraisal system,including the performance appraisal method,the performance appraisal index and the performance appraisal data.Then,the paper analyzes the concrete design of the performance appraisal system,puts forward the overall design framework of the performance appraisal system,and then puts forward the system design and system database design of the subordinate system,and expatiates the realization of the system.Finally,the performance evaluation system is tested,mainly from the database testing and functional testing of two aspects to start,verify the feasibility of the performance appraisal system.
