With the development of software technology, the software system based on B/S structure has been wildly applied. It has many characteristics such as complex business, the large number of concurrent users, fast response time. Its performance directly affects the efficiency of the use of the software. How to effectively develop software testing has become a key research topic. We need to develop an automated test model in order to improve the test efficiency, increase test coverage and test digital asset management. We can complete the performance test on the basis of the automated test model.In this thesis, we propose the concrete implementation plan of the customer relationship management(CRM) system test and performance test key indicators model through study the characteristics that performance test in the process of capture and playback, the principle of virtual user technology, analyzing the characteristics of the customer relationship management system module. We can get test results and performance tuning advice and verify the model proposed by using automated load pressure test method and the LoadRunner performance test tool to test the system of resource utilization, throughput and the average transaction response time etc.(1)Analyzing the working principle, goal and method of the current performance testing, using the HP LoadRunner test tools, based on PTGM, in terms of customer relationship management(CRM) system as a platform, CRM system performance testing scheme is proposed. In the process of plan implementation, through the analysis of PTGM model, found its not about the scenario defining the performance index and the factors influencing the performance of, and does not have the question of directing the general test. So the key indicators and the user to access the scene of the CRM as the guidance, combining with the number of concurrent users and the average transaction response time, available memory, CPU utilization, the relationship between the important indexes to carry on the modeling, key indicators performance testing model is put forward. This thesis expounds the specific elements of the model, describes in detail the three stages of the model : test preparation, test execution and test analysis.(2)The key indicators of performance testing model is mapped into the performance testing scheme of customer relationship management system, and describe the specific application of the realization about the model detailedly, finally get the test results and find the performance bottleneck of the customer relationship management system. Through the analysis of the testing report putting up with the optimization of performance and eliminating this system bottleneck, ensuring this system reached the expected requirements further. Through the experimental analysis of this model, verified the validity of this model and be able to solve the weakness of the traditional model such as PTGM and Segue cannot locate the performance bottleneck quickly and the weakness of universality. This model completed the performance testing of the CRM system high quality and efficiently and provided a good reference of the performance testing about the Web system similar to the CRM.
