This thesis first introduces the background of Guizhou Moutai Co., Ltd.Securities Transaction Management System, summarizes the problems to be solved, discusses significance and importance of the research, explains the technology and structure used by the system, and elaborates my main job. This thesis has detailed requirement analysis that consisting of business requirements, functional requirements, data requirement and non-functional requirements.in the functional analysis, thesis role analysis, system use case analysis and system function package diagram, of the system are described in detail; in the data analysis, the function of each system is required to process data are analyzed, by depicting the conceptual class diagram, thumbnail, finally the entity class diagram is given, the establishment of the database table structure; finally, study and analysis of the work of the project are summarized.Finally, it points out the shortcomings and the need to be studied in the future.
