Design And Implementation Of Government Information Management System

With the continuous development of national informatization construction,application service derived from Internet and mobile terminals not only bring great changes to People's Daily life,but also influence and change the traditional mode of government affairs office.With the help of information technology and the use of information technology instead of traditional office fax,phone,pager,etc,daily affairs office not only make the paperless office possible,but also innovative work style and improve the working efficiency by means of information exchange and information sharing.It provides a broader development space for the government.This topic comes from the informationization project of the government office.The main content is to study the design and the realization of the government information management system.In this project,I am mainly responsible for the requirements survey,system top-level design,the design and implementation of some functional modules,and the development of system platform interface module.Technically,we promote the whole system service ability through the planning and overall design architecture;on the design of each module,we not only achieve the daily office common function module,but also implement some personalized modules combining the business characteristics of this area.On the design of the platform interface development,we follow the relevant interface standards,realize the development of system interface,and realize the dynamic data exchange by combining parts of the application system and government affairs information management system.The government affairs information management system is based on the development of enterprise applications on the J2 EE platform.The J2 EE platform defines the standard development system structure and a deployment environment;it has obvious advantages on the transaction processing,remote access and security protection,so as to ensure the efficiency,flexibility and expansibility of the system.The overall design is based on the Spring development framework,using Java language development,following the J2 EE standard specification,completing system configuration through XML,using the Hibernate object relational mapping,using SQLServer2008 database applications.The system is developed by various modules in a hierarchical way.The system has high extensibility,and modules can be integrated and developed again according to functional requirements.In the development of interface,the development and implementation of the internal interface and external interface are involved.The internal interface mainly involves the unification and standard interface development.The external interface has the functions of integrating and integrating with other systems,data exchange,data sharing and so on.The technology involves the implementation of API interface and unified authentication interface.
