The Design And Implementation Of Government Information Disclosure Management System

The openness of government information and the life of citizens have gradually become closely linked,but the existing government information disclosure system cannot meet the requirements of citizens,and there are shortcomings in the aspects of information transmission,dynamic updating,and archiving.Paper-based information dissemination is not conducive to the spread of information in a wide range of areas.It has its own limitations,so it is very difficult for citizens to obtain the latest government information.To solve this problem,the government must design and implement a government information disclosure management system,so as to fundamentally solve the drawbacks of information dissemination and updating that are not timely.The government information disclosure management system uses the B/S application architecture to develop system functions.Based on the object-oriented programming language Java,the system code is designed based on the J2EE architecture.In addition,in the system design phase,the MVC model system is also used to divide the entire system into view layers,model layers,and business logic layers.The system uses Oracle 10g to design the database of the government information open management system.In the system design phase,the system's modules are divided.The divided modules include institutional management,work platforms,information management,catalog management,and query statistics.Among them,institutional user information management,subordinate organization information management,and organization information management are implemented in the organization management module.The work platform module realizes the publication of documents,the inspection of documents,the preparation of catalogues,and the maintenance of user information.The information management module implements new information management,pending information management,open information management,open information management,revoked information management,and search information management.Directory sharing,decentralization,and directory information maintenance are implemented in the directory management module.Integrated query statistics and department information statistics are implemented in the query statistics module.The use of government information disclosure management system will fundamentally solve the shortcomings of the government information dissemination is not timely,thus establishing a transparent and authentic government information disclosure system.The system can effectively protect citizens' right to information and increase exchanges between the government and the people.It is an important measure to turn to a service-oriented government.
