It is well known that the complex product manufacturing relationship with national security and national economy,the competition ability will influence its national strength directly.As a kind of typical complex product of the ship,by the double impact of information technology and economic globalization,the competition environment of ship product manufacturing industry has great changes,it mainly reflected that the mode of production changes from the traditional single small batch production mode to many varieties,more personalized way of manufacturing,the new manufacturing mode makes engineering change is more likely to occur in the whole life cycle.So in order to respond to changes more quickly,reduce the loss brought by engineering change as far as possible,it is necessary for us to study the engineering change information synergy mode,at the same time,more need to evaluate change information synergy effect,it can provide a train of thought to enhance the intensity of the ship product manufacturing companies change information synergy.This article first introduced the engineering change information synergy which happened in the whole life cycle of ship product design and manufacturing and studied the engineering change information synergy effect evaluation situation,and found that it is necessary to study the synergy model of change information transmission and the change information synergy effect evaluation.Secondly introduced the synergy theory,information synergy theory,information ecology theory and the theory of product whole life cycle in detail and systematically,and studied the engineering change information synergy mode from the information ecology perspective,at the same time considering the change information dissemination synergy effect of ship product in the whole life cycle.Then studied the synergy mode of the ship product design and manufacturing engineering change information transmission,mainly divided into the internal information synergy mode and external information synergy mode.And analyzed the factors influencing the change information synergy effect based on the study of these two kinds of change information dissemination characteristics,and proposed the improvement measures of the original information synergy effect evaluation method of DSCC,and established the evaluation index system according to the new improved measurement method,established the engineering change information synergy effectevaluation model based on the index system to evaluate the external information synergy effect.Finally,took the CX shipyard as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this evaluation model,it can calculate the change information synergy degree of the shipyard and identify the factors that influence the change information synergy effect,and it can enhance the management ability of the engineering change information.
