Science and technology in the aerospace field usually represents the frontier of the development of science and technology in China.The upgrading of weapons will directly affect the form and continuity of the outbreak of contemporary wars.The space system is a necessary means to achieve accurate cross regional strike.The span of the war and the whole war latitude are constantly diversifying.In order to achieve accurate cross regional strike,the reliability and effectiveness of the weapon in storage and use of the devices are higher.This paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis of the current development of the test management system at home and abroad,and expounds the basic requirements and prospective ideas of the current aerospace system on the reliability test process and data management of components used for model.It is proposed to design and implement the component reliability test management system for the component test management of aerospace equipment in the JAVA and Oracle database development environment and platform.Test management system.Through the establishment of the module of component test,test management,base bank management,storehouse management and statistical report management,the whole process intelligent management control of the entrusted task receiving,ability assessment,test task dispatch,test process record,test report issue and cost and output value accounting is realized,and real-time recording experiment is carried out.Process data provide strong support for quality process control and post problem tracking.After testing and verification,the component reliability test management system can complete the related business process.During the application of the system,the system's stability,reliability,response delay during the task focus period,and the concurrent processing capacity of the peak-login device system were recognized by users,and the system met the business requirements in external system integration and data interaction.The system runs stably and realizes the actual needs of the intelligent management of component reliability test.Various functional modules are established and perfected,and the system performance meets user requirements.
