The Aerospace Mission Planning System is the core hub of the space application system, which plans the efficient and orderly operation of the aerospace mission planning system based on the basic information such as the capability, operation status and resource utilization of the aerospace mission. For missions with complex and changeable information and frequent emergencies, the Aerospace Mission Planning System(AMPS)must respond to aerospace emergency observation missions in a timely manner, and quickly coordinate and dispatch space observation resources to perform these missions within a specified time, provide fast aerospace observation support. In order to meet the above requests of observation tasks timely and quickly dispatch observation resources to perform observation tasks within a specified time, aerospace, earth and base station resources must be transparently shared and uniformly managed. The following shortcomings exist in the AMPS:(1)The work plan has not been transparently shared and invoked across the entire network and system within the same platform,it is difficult to use technical means to realize the unified and coordinated use of various resources.(2)The coordination of the use of resources is complicated, and the coordination of resources requires manual participation and multiple rounds of communication, which makes it difficult to guarantee timeliness.(3)The observation information and aerospace, earth and base station resource information are displayed in the form of tables and texts in their respective systems, and the use status of resources cannot be grasped globally, which makes it hard to comprehensively use aerospace, earth and base station resources and restricts the timeliness of aerospace observation, thus affecting the accurate and efficient planning of tasks.Aiming at the above problems,to achieve unified dispatch and use of various satellites, relay satellites, ground base stations and other resources of each center, this paper proposes and designs and implements integrated resource management software for aerospace observation systems. This paper analyzes the use and management requirements of various resources and uses JAVA language to design and implement comprehensive resource management software. This software uses the "platform & plugins" architecture. This architecture has effective reusability and flexible scalability, and can realize "plug and play, delete or none" of functional units, reusable plugins can be provided, and also can support customized extensions of personalized function plug-ins on the basis of not affecting the normal operation of the original system, which leaves the expansion interface to achieve a variety of resource capabilities that need to be expanded in the future to achieve rapid system upgrades. At the same time,in order to allow the mission planning center to grasp various resource occupancy situations and callable resource capabilities in real-time,this software analyzes and summarizes the related business information such as the star-ground resource deployment situation, resource working capacity, resource work plan, resource operation status, resource usage and other related information of the aerospace, earth and base station resources, and uses a variety of data visualization technologies to achieve multi-dimensional,multi-perspective,and multi-level information display of star-ground resources. The above contents have been reflected and verified in engineering applications.
