Aerospace products have the characteristics of high price,complex structure,difficult development,high reliability requirements,small batch,many kinds of products,many special equipment,long production time and so on.Especially due to the nature of capital,mission and other reasons,aerospace enterprises have very high requirements for quality compared with other industries.With the development of science and technology,the aerospace enterprises continue to expand,and the original mode of manual management of materials has become increasingly unable to meet the requirements.Based on this situation,this paper proposes to combine the material management system with the procurement of aerospace materials.Make full use of the advantages of the material management system,better solve the problems in the procurement of aerospace materials,provide a strong guarantee for the development of China's aerospace products,and solve the problems arising from the procurement of materials in the development of aerospace products.The system combines the MVC structure and designs the current system through the BS architecture,mainly for the management of materials required by the aerospace enterprise,including material purchase order management,procurement schedule and process management,procurement information management,aerospace quality management,material procurement,contract management and inventory management.The system starts from the order management of material procurement,finally generates the procurement contract through the contract-related management process,and then supervises and tracks the existing procurement management process through procurement schedule and process management,and then the procurement information management is in the current procurement process.The order information and material information query statistics function,quality management is first to classify the materials,for the model materials must be quality re-inspection,non-model materials for sampling management,and finally,combined with inventory management,the existing inventory Management and adjustment,complete the entire material procurement management process,if there is a lack of new materials,can be improved through a new process.The system carried out detailed requirements research in the early stage,and then completed the summary design,detailed design and implementation,and carried out detailed tests to ensure the normal operation of the system.The final test results show that the development of the system meets the expected requirements.
