The quality and life of aerospace products depends on the product design, develop and produce and test the reliability of the whole process, and the reliability of electronic components is the basis of entire device reliability. Not maintenance of aerospace products, is possible because of the failure of a small electronic components and lead to failure of the entire aerospace products, aerospace systems for many years, lessons learned enough to prove it.At present, the development of the aerospace industry has entered a new stage of development. With the successful launch of the manned spacecraft, the development and production of a new generation of aerospace products are gradually expand. New aerospace products for electronic components in the technology, the variety, quantity, especially in the technical indicators on the quality, reliability, service life, miniaturization and low power consumption of newer and higher requirements; electronic components and Astronautics products an important and indispensable part of, is one of its important technical foundation on which to improve performance and reliability levels. The course of the development of the space industry told us, performance, quality and reliability of electronic components is one of the key factors for the success of aerospace products. According to the information, in the1990s, aerospace systems has been carried out over a quality straighten out the work, carried out a statistical analysis of over3000issues exposed in the development and testing of more than20models, design accounts for about25.1%, manufacturing (including the process) accounted for about24%, about26%of the electronic components, the management of about15%, about10%. The highest proportion of quality and reliability of electronic components exist, becoming one of the major problems restricting the development of aerospace products. High level of integration of electronic components, especially the realization of the space level device reliability specification and assessment methods, and has a great significance for the development of China’s space industry.
