In recent years, with the increases in types and numbers of the developing products, quality management methods and tools in the past is acknowledged as ineffective by China academy of launch vehicle technology(CALT).It is necessary to design and implementation of computer integrated quality and reliability information management system to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of quality problems management.The aerospace products quality and reliability information management system which covers all processes throughout the development and production of space products and meets the needs of three tiered management of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation is analyzed, designed, developed and implementated. Quality problems information management is studied in detail. The processes of quality problems information collection, review, report, quality problems closed loop management and analogy analysis are proposed. Function design, database design and security design are then implemented. The information management system based on MVC of J2 EE is developed.Special characteristics and requirements of aerospace products quality and reliability information management system are analyzed. To meets dynamic quality information management requirements, dynamic form construction and presentation based on AVIDM is brought out. In order to meet the requirements of realtime data integration and process integration between quality information management system and other information systems, data integration methods on AVIDM is provided. To support space information security management, security control based on the dynamic roles is discussed.With the implementation of this information management system, the capability of quality assurance and effectiveness of quality management in the process of product development will be improved, which ensure product is developed and produced on time,effectively and high quality.
