With the rising of China’s manned space program continuous development and spaceexploration’s ability, spacecraft models developed increasingly many task, time draws tight.As the spacecraft’s electronic circuits direct source of energy form aerospace power module,the quality of aerospace power is related to the reliability of the spacecraft model. Therefore,improving the ability’s of aerospace power environmental testing and the ability toautomatically detect the spacecraft is much important to ensure the successful completion ofthe task node model development also it’s an important part of the spacecraft stable andreliable operation.For multi-species, multi-pilot project, load testing requirements and higher processcomplexity of aerospace power products, this paper analyzes the contents of aerospacepower and highly reliable product testing auto-detection technology. Solved the products ofaerospace power in testing process parameter measurement accuracy, reliability, datacollection, storage and automation problems. Meanwhile, this paper proposes an alternativeDC power supply that based on the PCI Bus card provides reliable remote commands toaerospace power module method, also provides a reliable idea of the application based onAgilent VEE Pro programming software for the aerospace supply major test content,building acquisition, communication modules, so that each GPIB devices is automaticallycollected data storage and display, automated detection systems.Finally, with a certain type of aerospace power product for example thermal vacuumtest to verify the reliability and stability of the remote command card program automaticallydetects the feasibility and power systems.
