The Design And Implementation Of Bank Integrated Management System

With the rapid development of China's economy and financial industry,the contradiction between the increasing demand of customers for financial services and bank's limited ability for providing services is becoming increasingly prominent.This not only reduces customer's satisfaction greatly but also leads to losing of customer.Although most Banks are equipped with a queuing system,but the traditional queuing system can not meet the demand.Waiting in line for more than an hour to complete a business that only takes minutes to complete has become a nightmare for customers.Meanwhile,bank branches also need an information management system to manage the workload and performance of tel ers more conveniently.This dissertation analyzes the functional and commercial requirements of the integrated management system and explains the significance of its implementation.And then it carries out feasibility analysis from the economic level,customer's level,employee's level and technical level.This dissertation describes the principle of short time-consuming business priority which based on queuing theory in detail.It will be conducive to reducing customers' waiting time,improving customers' user experience and reducing the crowding degree of banks.But on the other hand,it would also harm the interests of customers dealing with complex business.In this dissertation,an optimized queuing rule is proposed to reduce the customers' waiting time by means of conditional priority,which takes into account both high efficiency and fairness without increasing bank's costs.By using B/S framework,MySQL,Spring MVC,EasyUI etc,an integrated management system which based on queuing theory is designed.It makes full use of relevant business data and helps managers make better decisions such as employee's performance management or resource allocation.Through Echarts one of visualization technology,the business data is presented to managers in a good interactive and vivid form.The content and significance of the data is clear in the real-time kanban,which is helpful to improve the decision-making efficiency of managers.At the same time,the core data such as workload and work efficiency of employee are fully displayed.The process of analysis and design is summarized and analyzed.The following step aims at studying historical log and historical business data for more accurate forecasting and improving service quality in the future.
