In the new wave of economic globalization, the price war intensified between different automobile brands, with the rising of raw material costs and the progressive developed of a buyer's market. The automobile industry is facing increasing pressure in recent years. More and more auto companies have started to introduce advanced management thought and system to configure enterprise resources reasonably, improve production efficiency, reduce costs and waste.The workshop job management system plays an important role in improving manufacturing productivity and workshop information management. It can provide guidance and assistance for workshop managers and workers in production planning and scheduling, resources allocation and data management. This thesis studies the camshaft workshop job management model of an auto parts manufacturer, which is composed of shop scheduling, production process management, workshop information exchange, and program development. On the basis, a new workshop job management system is developed which conforms to the actual situation of enterprises and meets business needs of workshop. The project analysis these aspects as follows:First of all, studies on the hybrid flow shop (HFS) scheduling problem of the camshaft. The paper proposes an improved immune scheduling algorithm (ISA) model for the optimization of complex HFS scheduling, which applies a local search optimization algorithm to optimize the scheduling instance based on job insert method. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm model.Second, the"push-pull"integrated production management model and Kanban thought have been introduced into workshop job management system. In the job management process model, key processes implement push production, and non-critical processes implement pull production. In addition, the job control process of the model using electronic Kanban (E-kanban) is discussed in detail.Furthermore, the paper constructs the workshop job management system model after detailed requirements analysis of the enterprise; analyzes several data collection methods and puts forward a feasible workshop data collection method; studies information integration between workshop job management system and PDM system, discusses the necessity of system integration, and presents the interactive content and methods. Finally, the paper constructs a B/S and C/S integrated network model, and discusses the J2EE software development framework and system databases modeling and design. According to the theoretical analysis model and the actual requirements, the workshop job management system software of camshaft is developed.
