Research And Development Of Integrated Services Platform Of Minhang Investment Center

Along with the rapid development of information technology, the role of information technology in the investment process is becoming more and more important. The Shanghai Minhang merchant information center attaches great importance to the information construction of the investment promotion system, and needs an integrated business platform for the management of information resources in Minhang region. It can improve the investment efficiency and improve the Minhang economic status in Shanghai.Based on the analysis and study of the investment resources of Minhang District, we put forward a plan to build a comprehensive business platform of Minhang merchant center. The platform includes resource management system, investment service system and auxiliary decision-making system. We analyze the needs of Minhang District resources information management from many aspects. Through functional requirements and non-functional requirements, the function module structure of the platform is defined. Then we compare different technical frameworks, database technology and development environment, and select the appropriate technical route. The development of the backend uses the Spring framework, the page development uses the Bootstrap, the database design uses Sql Server 2008. It uses the Echarts for data display and analysis capabilities. Then we make the platform summary design including the overall framework design, platform logic framework design, database design. And we complete the detailed design of each functional module of the resource management system, investment service system and auxiliary decision-making system. Then the development framework of integrated business platform of Minhang merchant information center is set up. Finally, the various functions of the platform are realized by coding and the design and implementation of the platform are verified by platform test.At present, the platform has been put into use, the overall operation is well and it achieves the desired design goals. The use of the platform improves the investment efficiency of the government of Minhang District, promotes the economic development of Minhang District, and further enhances the competitiveness of Minhang District in Shanghai.
