With the development of social and economic, the competition between banks is becoming increasingly fierce. Time is money, many customers do not spend time in the queue, but they choose the efficient and convenient financial services. In this regard, we design a set of Internet and Intelligent Bank Queuing Management system based on current single machine. The system will standardize the whole line numbering machine brand, and connect to mobile phone bank, WeChat bank, E-bank, such as the bank’s official website, unified management of data queue, query and analysis of queue real-time information, queuing number, soft called counter, VIP customer identification and so on. At the same time, the system will provide a reference for bank managers to make decisions, In addition, through the optimization of bank service model and queuing strategy, it can systematically solve or alleviate the bank problem of Queuing Difficult, and improve customer service experience, and improve the comprehensive management level and the competitiveness of the bank, and ultimately achieve a win-win situation between the bank and the customer.This paper first introduces the research background of bank queuing management system, and summarizes the existing problems, and discusses the significance and importance of the project. Secondly, the paper also analyzes the bank queuing management system software requirements, including queuing management, queuing number, soft called counter, statistical query, system management module. Thirdly, according to the software requirement function, this system adopts the method of software engineering to establish the overall structure of the system, and elaborates the design content. Finally, the contents of research are summarized, and the application of the system and the future development was prospected.
