| Along with the economical globalization, the enterprise faced with the intense domestic and foreign competitions, the market demand diversifies day by day, but the traditional volume-production management pattern has not been able nimbly to adapt the change of market demand, this kind of production method which produces goods for the stock causes the enterprise to endure the serious backlog baggage. In this situation, the advanced management idea, "Just in Time, JIT", which produces goods for the demand arises at the historic moment. And the issue, how to bring this JIT pattern into the multi-varieties small batch enterprises, has become an urgent problem we must face and solve. Through the research of this topic, we hope to do some beneficial research on how to melt the JIT into the production management system uniting the practical application.The topic first analyzed the characteristics,the production management pattern of the manufacturing industry, and its development tendency; and it introduced the concept, the basic thought, the goal, and the essential method of JIT in detail, it also introduced the pulling pattern of JIT and the Kanban management, which is the core management tool of JIT. Then, in view of the demand analysis, the system established the reasonable enterprise productive plan through Manufacturing Resources Planning, and it also designed two electronic Kanban of "the assembly Kanban" and "the processing Kanban",using the management tools of JIT, And through the processes above, the system melted the JIT theory into the enterprise existing production management pattern, and implemented the "pull" pattern of JIT in the production management. At last, it conducted the case research in a production enterprise. |
