With the continuous development of the information age,electronic bidding as an emerging bidding method has been increasingly valued by various industries at home and abroad,especially large group companies.Compared with the traditional bidding model,the electronic bidding model has unparalleled advantages,mainly reflected in process optimization,efficiency improvement,energy saving,environmental protection,and supervision.At present,the mainstream foreign electronic bidding system and the existing domestic electronic bidding system are still lacking for the business needs of domestic large-scale enterprises.The latest domestic electronic bidding laws and regulations and related policies are still not fully adapted.After analyzing the existing electronic bidding system at home and abroad,and designs and implements the electronic bidding system according to the shortcomings,following the principle of ensuring legal compliance,taking into account industry differences,integrating business characteristics and paying attention to user experience.The development platform of the system is Java EE(Java Platform Enterprise Edition),and the MVC(Model View Controller)design pattern is implemented through the SpringMVC framework to achieve low coupling between the view layer and the business logic layer.The system uses MySQL database to store data,and realizes data persistence through object-relational mapping framework Mybatis,which realizes the loose coupling between data access and business logic.The electronic bidding system consists of a bidding business management subsystem,a non-tendering business management subsystem,and a business management subsystem.It greatly enhances the efficiency of bidders,and has effective integration,efficient coordination,openness,and interconnection.Interoperability,full online,paperless operation,curing process,convenient bid evaluation,online payment,online supervision,sunshine procurement,etc.,have been widely recognized by customers in use,and fully comply with domestic bidding laws and regulations and related policies.Very important application value and practical significance.
