The Design And Implementation Of Electronic Bidding System Based On SpringBoot And Vue Framework

With the development of computer technology,office informatization and paperless office are more and more popular,informatization construction has also been put on the agenda by courts at all levels.As a national judicial organ,the court bid is an indispensable part of its self-construction.The traditional bidding work is not only inefficient,but also has problems such as information transparency and fairness,etc.As a project of courts’ informatization construction,the electronic bidding system has not only changed the traditional paper-based office mode to improve office efficiency,but also enriched the courts’ informatization construction.By comparing with the traditional bidding business and analyzing the bidding mode of courts,we developed the electronic bidding system based on the B/S mode.The electronic bidding system aims at bid issuing,bid opening,bid evaluation and bid awarding from the very beginning.As a bidder,the suppliers conduct electronic bids within the allowable bidding time of the system.The system realizes electronic paperless bidding during the whole process.The thesis focuses on the designing and implementation of the electronic bidding system and conducts the following work:(1)It introduced the domestic researches status and development technology&framework used by the system,including MVC,SpringBoot Vue,Mybatis and Activiti;(2)By analyzing the requirements of courts’ bidding business,the thesis divided overall architecture and modules of the system and designed the database.Finally,the project is designed in detail;(3)Based on the analysis of requirements and the overall design of the project,the thesis lays emphasis on the implementation of workflow management,project management,bid inviting management,bidding management and system management modules of the electronic bidding system.This thesis introduces the Activiti workflow into the electronic bidding system and satisfies the court process approval requirements.The system realizes the bidding module and the tendering module at the same time and meets the needs of courts’ bidding and tendering business.Other modules such as system management improves system designing.The Electronic Bidding System has gone live in the Tianjin Higher People’s Court in March 2018.After the system on-line,it runs well and improves workers’efficiency.
