The Design And Implementation Of The Management Information System Of College Bidding Purchase

The bidding of college is a system project which standardizes the educational expenditure and behavior in the new developing period.The college bidding system's informatization is the key to do a good job in bidding,and can gradually standardize the work of bidding.In order to meet the bidding requirements of the development of college, the key control technique of Web-based bidding gives way to the network college bidding's design and development.Firstly,the college bidding system's status and its deficiency of structure is described in this paper,by analyzing the college bidding requirements,cost factors and its influence,a implementation way of college bidding is proposed,a model and architecture of bidding system based on Struts+Spring+Hibernate(SSH) is provided as combined with Object-Oriented mind and web technology of J2EE.Secondly,accoding to the designed model and architecture,a flexible assembly of the bidding business target is achieved as well as the purchase planning approval,bid delivery,bid audit,bid evaluation,bid awarding and inquiring bid.Thirdly,the separation of logic and interface by using the AOP framework as well as the user-role-privilege management and log management based on business interface interception technology is realized.Fourthly,the dynamic chart of biding system is achieved by using Ajax and JfreeChart framework.Thus the whole system has good reusability,expandability,security as well as maneuverability.Being runned in Hunan Normal University Department for sevel months, the system has good customs' satisfaction.The standardization of inviting, bidding and bid awarding system in college is realized,whick guarantee the security of information transfer as well as the fair,public and competitive of purchase.
