| Taking the school-land co-construction library as the research object and the service benefit as the research subject,this paper designs the evaluation index of the co-construction library and the evaluation index of the service benefit.Combining with the empirical case,this paper analyses the influencing factors of the service benefit from four aspects: the conditions of running the library,the co-modeling mode,the reader service and the satisfaction degree of the reader,and carries out the service benefit evaluation by using the reader questionnaire survey method.Lay a foundation and provide empirical basis to deepen the research on the service efficiency of the school-land co-construction library in China.The purpose and significance of the study are as follows: firstly,there are few studies on the service efficiency of the school-land co-construction library in China,and most of the research contents are the theoretical analysis of the service efficiency of libraries;there is a lack of papers related to the investigation,evaluation and empirical analysis of service efficiency;secondly,it is necessary to formulate the evaluation index and ervice efficiency index of the coconstruction library,so as to provides reference for evaluating work and improving the efficiency of running a library;Thirdly,according to empirical case analysis to explore the main factors affecting the service efficiency of the school-land coconstruction library,statistical analysis and evaluation of the service efficiency of the school-land co-construction library,the paper puts forward targeted strategies to improve the service efficiency of the co-construction library.The main research methods are literature research,questionnaire survey,empirical research,statistical analysis,comparative analysis and so on.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the school-land co-construction library.On the premise of clarifying the concept,grasping of the characteristics about co-construction library in China as a whole,the school-land co-construction libraries is designed from six first-level indicators,namely,library conditions,document resources construction,automation and network digitization construction,reader service,scientific management,protection of ancient Chinese books,and 19 secondlevel indicat assessment indicators to promote the more standardized development of the construction of co-construction libraries in China;Considering the particularity of the performance forms of library service benefits,this paper introduces the relevanttheory of library service benefit evaluation,and generally from two angles of saving cost input and improving use value,analyses the service benefits of school-land coconstruction libraries reaction in the following four aspect:social benefits,economic benefits,management benefits and costs benefit.Grasp the design principles,design the evaluation index of service efficiency,narrow the scope of research on the main factors affecting the service efficiency of the school-land co-construction library;issue two questionnaires,based on the empirical data,one is to investigate and statistics the basic situation of four school-land co-construction libraries in Henan Province,and to study the influencing factors of the service efficiency of the school-land coconstruction library.The other one is to select the readers of the co-construction library of Henan University of Science and Technology as the object of investigation,to issue questionnaires of readers' satisfaction,to carry out analysis and evaluation of service benefits,and to verify that the main factors affecting the service benefits of the schoolland co-construction library are building,facilities and equipment,library resources,co-modeling mode,reader service and reader satisfaction survey and so on.According to the conclusions of the previous study on the influencing factors of the service efficiency of the co-construction library,this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions on how to play the role of government security,scientifically plan and manage the construction of library buildings and collections,and improve the satisfaction of readers.To a certain extent,this paper achieves the purpose of this study.This paper has certain logic and originality.It designs the evaluation index and service benefit evaluation index of school-land co-construction library,expounds the performance form of service benefit of co-construction library,and puts forward strategic suggestions.Based on objective data,flexible use of survey and statistics methods,from a novel point of view,a more comprehensive analysis of the manifestations of the service efficiency of the school-land co-construction library,the results of the study are more convincing and practical. |
