An Empirical Study On The Factors Influencing The Public Adopt E-government APP

With the popularity of mobile smart phones and citizens use intelligent terminal applications enhanced viscosity, e- government APP goes, adapt to the needs of the government reform, provides a multi-channel mode of administrative service, as a new APP e-government service mode, gradually begin to be widely used.The public for its adoption is the key to the success of government project. Reasons for the failure of many government projects is not able to fully understand the needs and interests of the public, simply stand up to think in terms of government. Therefore, how to make the development of e-government APP, it is very important to meet the needs of the public for the public to adopt e- government APP.The analysis of the influence factors also has the vital significance.After reading carding a large number of domestic and foreign literature, this paper based on the existing model adopted and the behavior characteristics of the public mobile intelligent mobile terminal, selects the interactivity, mobility, sight feeling, a critical mass, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived encouraged, as the factors that affect the public to adopt e-government APP, and then build the public to adopt e-government APP influence factor model. Access to relevant data by means of a questionnaire survey, and then according to the structural equation model research of the relationship between the actors and get relevant path coefficient, to verify this model, the final conclusion is put forward.Belong to the empirical research, this study for the development of C hina's e-government of APP has a certain theoretical value and practical significance. The results for our government in the process of implementation of government affairs of APP in the future to provide accurate references further improve the use of e-government in APP enhance the government service efficiency and quality.
