The global shortage of resources,environmental pollution and ecological destruction restrict the sustainable development of human society.China is still a long way from achieving the goal of forming a green production and lifestyle and building a beautiful China.As a social and cultural public building,the library also generates a lot of energy consumption in the process of fulfilling its social functions.Therefore,the concept of a green library came into being.Among them,building energy saving and technical energy saving have received extensive attention,and behavioral energy saving investment Few,quick results,but no attention.Librarians are the active main body of green library construction.Clarifying the influencing factors of librarian's energy-saving behavior and guiding librarians to grasp the initiative of energy-saving is of great significance for reducing energy consumption and building a green library.In the context of building a green library,this thesis uses the theoretical model of planned behavior as the main model to explore the implementation factors that affect the energy-saving behavior of librarians,and proposes countermeasures to improve energy-saving behavior accordingly,so as to more reasonably and effectively explore the library.The huge potential of behavioral energy saving points out a new direction for reducing consumption in public buildings.This thesis first sorts out the research on green libraries and the influencing factors of energysaving behaviors at home and abroad.Starting from the three dimensions of internal driving factors,external promoting factors and demographic factors,it constructs a research framework for the influencing factors of energy-saving behaviors of librarians and establishes specific Contains a theoretical model of 9 latent variables of energy conservation knowledge,subjective norms,behavior control perception,psychological ownership,environmental values,institutional mechanisms,organizational energy conservation atmosphere,policy environment and publicity and education,and puts forward research hypotheses.Secondly,through two rounds of questionnaire surveys,a formal scale is generated and data collection is completed.Then,the structural equation model is used to test the theoretical model and research hypothesis on the factors affecting the energy-saving behavior of librarians,and finally the path and mechanism of each influencing factor are obtained.The survey results show that the energy-saving behavior of librarians is affected by many factors.The five internal driving factors of energy conservation knowledge,behavior control perception,habitual preference,psychological ownership and environmental values influence energy conservation willingness on the implementation of energy conservation behavior,and the main body norms have no significant impact on energy conservation willingness;institutional mechanisms,organizational energy-saving atmosphere,policy environment and publicity The four external promotion factors of education all have a significant regulating effect;among the demographic factors,age and education level have a significant promotion effect on energy-saving behavior.Based on the three-dimensional research conclusions of internal driving factors,external driving factors and demographic factors,this paper proposes to stimulate the enthusiasm of librarians to save energy,improve the library's energy-saving policy system,improve the library's mechanism,and implement the library's energy-saving wisdom To manage and play the role of middle and high-level leaders in the library,six countermeasures to improve the energy-saving behavior of librarians.
