In recent years,with the popularity of "industry 4.0" and "Internet plus",the information in manufacturing process is more and more important for enterprises.In the past,when the equipment fails,managers can not immediately get the fault information.When the quality problems of products are found after the completion of the production,managers cannot identify to the specific steps.The main reason is the lack of effective measures to collect the data of processing equipment,which are representing the real-time condition and processing parameters of the machine.Currently,most of the production-monitoring-systems are still using two-dimensional interface operation,and the experience of human-computer interaction is very poor,which is not conducive to use for workshop staff.In order to make up for these shortcomings,this paper put forward a new method of real-time virtual monitoring for workshop,and designs a set of real-time monitoring system.The main work of this paper is ad follows:(1)The research on the way and the type of production data collection in the workshop aims to realize the function of data transmission and analysis.Classifying the production data,and selecting the appropriate communication protocol for different types of data.Data acquisition software and folder monitoring software are written to receive production data from client-side.(2)The storage process of production data is studied,and the management of production data is realized.According to the equipment code and information type to create corresponding forms,and sort out the data relationship among these forms.Trigger function is adopted to monitor the storage data.At the same time,the data query is optimized to reduce the system performance and improve the response speed of the database.(3)Based on virtual reality technology,3D visualization of production process in workshop is realized.Through the research and application of virtual reality technology,the virtual production scene based on the actual situation of workshop is built.Secondly,the processing action of some equipment is decomposed and made,and using scripts to drive the model of CNC equipment to simulate the process of productuin.At last,the virtual scene of workshop is optimized to reduce the expense of rendering,and to improve the efficiency of the computer and the stability of the system without reducing users' perception.(4)A real time production monitoring system based on virtual reality fusion is completed.The data interaction between web pages and virtual scene is s tudied.The interface of function calls and format of data transmission are designed.Through the website development technology,the virtual scene and the real production data were integrated,and realized the data transfer among database,website and vir tual workshop scene.The query of historical data,real-time status display,equipment utilization rate analysis and other functions are added,to realize the production monitoring in workshop.At present,the real-time production monitoring system based o n virtual-real fusion has been put into the actual production,and achieved good result.
