Design And Implementation Of Import And Export Cargo Declaration System

At present,economic integration has become an inevitable trend of global development.In order to further simplify customs clearance procedures,shorten customs clearance time,reduce customs clearance costs,and promote data exchange between enterprises,governments have put forward higher requirements for the security and facilitation of trade,and take various measures to actively promote the construction of a single window.However,because the information construction of China's port law enforcement departments is not sound enough,due to the wide area and a strong difference,and the limitations of the management system,the development of electronic ports is restricted,and the construction of a single window platform has never made a substantial progress.This is particularly serious for import and export cargo declaration.To a certain extent,it has hindered the development of international trade facilitation.In order to better meet the development needs of the future electronic port business,the research results of the import and export cargo declaration system of this thesis will promote the level of customs clearance trade facilitation in the province and promote the sustained,healthy and stable development of the foreign trade economy.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1)The data exchange platform is the focus and difficulty of research of this thesis.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the import and export cargo declaration system,a flexible,secure and reliable data exchange platform has been constructed,which can resolve heterogeneous data exchange issues with various inspection units and local electronic ports.2)The overall design framework of the import and export cargo declaration system based on the lightweight SSM framework is proposed,which simplifies and unifies the declaration document form and data standards,and supports one-time declaration and one-stop operation of enterprises.3)Query statistics and visual analysis and research on system declaration data,to extract valuable data,and operation data since the system was launched is intensively displayed by using a large screen.After the system is online,it runs well,realizes the external network declaration,intranet approval and information sharing,simplifies the enterprise declaration process,reduces the declaration costs,improves the efficiency of customs clearance,and achieves the goal of “making data run more and let the enterprise run less”,and it has been well received by customers.
