Under the influence of globalization,the interchanges of official,cultural and economic interchange between our country and others become more and more frequently.Foreign trade and transnational tourism also get a rapid development depend on this situation,which Injects new energy to the development our country.On the other hand,the development of these industries,but also put forward higher requirements for China's port management,inspection declaration.In the last few years,the management efficiency and quality of port have been paid much attention by various departments.At the same time,the management of the port of our country there are also some problems,such as the various regulatory authorities and shipping companies are independent of each other,resulting in the approval process of tedious.The blocking of the exchange of information between different departments,easy to form an omission or a misreport.The application process of the passenger's enter and leave the border is complex,the examination and approval time is long,which may affect the tourists' travel experience,and even lead to the passengers stranded in worse situation.This paper optimizes the process of reporting process of customs in the aspect of entry-exit personnel and declaration of groups of tourists.In order to promote port efficiency,reduce ship reporting time and improve passenger's travel experience for the purpose,we designed this reporting system of cruises entry and exit procedures.This system realizes the paperless reporting and ship inspection and solves the problems of reduplicate.On the other hand,we take a process of ‘early report and entry-exit personnel for groups' to save the time of passengers and improve border port utilization rate which can greatly reducing the waiting time of passengers.It will shorten the passengers' waiting time by 20% to 30%.
