By extend and use the information technology, inside and outside developed shipping areas and departments gradully changed their traditional way of produce and service, remarkably increased the economy benefit and society benefit of shipping industry, and efficiently accelerate the change of shipping industry's rise way. Shipping industry's dependent on the information method is much higher than before. Information has become a important way to realize the shipping industry's optimizing and spanning development in the new historic era.In order to visually control the cargoes' condition of every dock in the whole port, including the real infor of cargoes' pass in and out and inventory, Business Dept.of Tianjin Port Co. ask the need to develop a set of shipping managment system base on the original stable operating management system. This system will be a infor sustaining and assstant decision-making method to scientifically and canonically manage the cargoes' colleting and dispatching all over the port, shorten the in-port time, garantee the cargoes's swimmingly circulating in each tache, increase the shipping quality.The first part of this article will introduce you the meaning of the project and some of the reference technologies. The follwing parts are order by the software's development procedure: requirement analysis, conceptual desigen, codeing, testing, deployment, and made a summing-up and expectation at the end of the article.
