Different types of operating systems, application software, system software and application infrastructure intertwined, and this is information processing cargo clearance in the status quo. In order to improve cargo clearance efficiency, as well as some existing application procedures are used to deal with current business processes, from scratch to establish a new foundation for the environment is not possible. Cargo clearance should be able to make changes on the business of fast response, using the existing applications and application infrastructure investment to address new business needs, to provide new interactive channels, and has shown a business can support organic framework .With the rapid development of import and export trade, import and export business are constantly changing, which need the level of information to an increasingly high demand.SOA was the first taken into account in their business long-term IT architecture. In essence, SOA is a set of loosely coupled services, each service establishment and relatively inexpensive to replace. Tightly coupled with traditional architecture, loosely coupled architecture can adapt to the changes in the business: SOA, we can use a service to replace the other services without having to concern the realization of its underlying technology, the only thing to consider is service interface. It adopted a common Web services and XML standard. On the other hand, the another advantage of SOA is that it will make full use of existing IT assets, including legacy applications and databases, the new system will be adopted by the legacy applications and data into the SOA, rather than replace them, to make it business as a whole to solve Program. This framework will enable the ultimate structure of IT enterprises more quickly and effectively to meet the needs of business.This paper on the current status of customs clearance, which introduce the port logistics, port logistics information technology developments, as well as customs clearance currently in existence. From these questions, we learn how to use the integrated SOA platform for customs clearance, and how to respond to rapid changes in demand.
