Paper applications JAVA language, XML technology, using Browser/ Server architecture, ORACLE database, and the application of WEBGIS platform. Complete analysis of the dock information management function, ship information management function, barge information management function, comprehensive real-time monitoring function, authority management function, parameter configuration function and other functions. Designed the storage structure of the database, And focus on the detailed design and implementation job application submodule, dispatching submodule, jurisdiction time monitoring submodule, and the mobile station module.Tianjin Port cargo agent information platform was born, to achieve enhanced coordination mechanisms among the various departments of the port, improving the various departments and client information sharing, data mining and statistical analysis capabilities development of port operations significantly been improved.
