Research On ES Company's Organizational Structure Reform

The organizational structure reform is an important subject of modern enterprise management research,and it is also a practical problem that enterprises must be faced in the process of development.The survival and development of enterprises require the organizational structure to be changed according to the actual situation,including internal environment and external environment,in order to gain the initiative in the increasingly fierce competition.this paper makes a diagnosis of the problems existing in its organizational structure,analyzes and evaluates the process of organizational structure change of ES company,clarifies the achievements of the reform,and points out the shortcomings of the reform process.In this paper,the method of investigation is first used to investigate the organizational structure of ES company,so as to collect enough information for the subsequent organizational structure analysis.Then,observation method is adopted to observe and compare the organizational structure of ES company before and after the change,finds the problems of organizational structure before the change,and finds the achievement and shortcomings of the reform.The existing problems and driving factors of organizational structure reform are confirmed.According to the existing problems of organizational structure,the process of organizational structure reform of ES company is analyzed.Finally,confirms the achievement of organizational structure change,and points out the shortcomings of organizational structure reform of ES company.The organizational structure reform of ES company has achieved some result,solved the problems existing in most organizational structures,improved the organizational efficiency and product yield of ES company,and enhanced the enthusiasm of employees.The improvement is in line with the actual situation of the ES company.
