Under the socialist market economy,broadcasting has a distinct cause and industrial attributes.With the development of market economy,the organizational reform of broadcasting is evolving,has appeared the center system,the frequency system,from the"Zhujiang Model" to typical system,but the radio structure has not break from the planned economy era's "Bureaucracy management" pattern,which makes the broadcast industry properties not fully reflected.The organizational structure is overlapping,inefficiency,and waste of resources,it has hinder the development of innovation,affect the radio frequency to form sustainable competitive.Because the unique historical pattern of do not distinguish between management and staff,barrier between different departments,the study of radio theory was largely concentrated in the host management,program positioning,packaging and other micro-level,or the trend of broadcasting industry groups,the type of trends in broadcasting the macro level,while the most important bridge in series micro and macro-organizational structure of the theoretical innovation is minimal,become a innovation gap.This paper combined the sustainable development and organizational change of broadcasting,try to explore the future organizational model radio of XA in the new situation,and design a standardized industry trends for the organizational structure for the city radio station.First of all,we reviewed the development of broadcasting history of organizational change from various angles.Secondly,analyzed the external environment and internal environment of organizational reform of XA Radio,involving industrial policies,market trends,the impact of high-tech applications,and new media integration and broadcasting union,the rise of multi-angle reveals the XA Radio longer meet the traditional hierarchy of contemporary development needs,we must optimize the allocation of resources,improve operational efficiency,promote the management concepts and organizational model of innovation.The core part of the thesis has proposed three radio programs of organizational change to XA broadcast station,through the derivation of the survey data analysis development needs of the most suitable matrix organization,organizational change and then propose a new design.Meanwhile,proposes the application of the Balanced Scorecard of the organization and implementation of a system evaluation for the new implementation and evaluation of organizational change,which ensure the new organizational structure runs scientific,orderly,and efficient.
