Organizational structure is a form of internal power,responsibility,control,and coordination relationship established to achieve established business goals and strategies,and is the basic framework for business management.Only when the organizational structure of an enterprise is compatible with the internal and external environment can it lay a sufficient foundation for the sustainable development of the organization and management innovation.Since W Company opened its first physical store in Beijing in 1989,it now has more than 3,900 stores across the country.With the continuous development of the business of W company,the Finance Shared Service Center established by W company is also continuously expanding the personnel business and the expansion of the area of responsibility.But along with the expanding,the Finance Shared Service Center's organizational structure has remained characteristically complex and multi-layered,lacking the adaptability,flexibility and agility which are needed as to keep pace with the rapid changes that have taken place in the company's industry in recent years.The dissertation briefly introduces the general situation of W company's Finance Shared Service Center,including personnel distribution,main functions and responsibilities,and the status of its current organizational structure.The dissertation analyzes the internal and external environment faced by the Finance Shared Service Center of W company,and analyzes the problems existing in the organizational structure of the Finance Shared Service Center.Its inefficiency which leads the failure to meet the requirement of the company's business development,as with overlapping complexity and duplication approval on its working process.By analyzing the problem,the necessity for the restructure of the organizational structure of the W company's Finance Shared Service Center are elaboratively described in details.From the development change of the external environment to the requirements of the internal business operation strategy change,this dissertation describes the motivations which affecting the restructure on the Finance Shared Service Center's organization structure.Under the influence of technological developments in the application of technology in the finance function,as well as the analysis of the current situation of staff turnover in the Finance Shared Service Center,the objectives and design of the restructure of the organizational structure are proposed in conjunction with the understanding of the current trends in the development of organizational structure,as well as based on the analysis of current status of the Finance Shared Service Center.According to the design of the restructure of the organizational structure,this dissertation also proposes corresponding implementation plans and measures as to ensure the execution for restructure.In addition,this dissertation drafts the future reviewing plan to examine the effect of the restructure.This dissertation examines the organizational structure of W's Finance Shared Service Center and proposes a restructure plan,in the hope of providing guidance for the subsequent restructure of the overall organizational structure.
