With the development of China's economy,China's manufacturing enterprises are in the stage of rapid development.However,in the face of the changing international environment and the increasingly competitive market,enterprises must constantly examine themselves,adjust themselves,and take the initiative to meet opportunities,avoid risks,in order to occupy a place in the uncertain environment.Survival is an eternal topic.Blue Ocean can change into Red Sea instantly.Organizational change has become a necessary weapon for the development of enterprises.The success of organizational change means that enterprises upgrade advanced equipment.The rationalization of enterprise organizational structure has highly related to the effectiveness between commends and communication system,which could have vital impact for organization goal success,organization's overall function and team members' emotion.As a common form of organizational change,organizational structure change has a fundamental impact on corporate development.C company,as an entrepreneurial enterprise,focuses on non-standard automation equipment,has got through the early survival crisis,then steps in high-speed growth and development stage gradually.C company provides strategic goal to complete go-public in 3 year.However,the current organization structure couldn't support C company further growth and development,even cause low-efficiency and become growth barriers.The organization reform and change must be enforced.This paper takes the organizational reform practice of C Company as an example to discuss how to carry out organizational structure reform and solve the bottlenecks encountered in growth and development in order to achieve C company's strategic goals.
