In 2017,the Book Industry began to recover,and China's Publishing Industry is ushering in a year of "breaking the shell and rebirth".The survival and development path of Physical Bookstores has attracted more and more attention.At the national level,the development of Physical Bookstores has also attracted great attention.Although they have the support of the state and government units,they still need to innovate if they want to develop continuously or even better.The survival of physical bookstores has always been a concern of the publishing community.Therefore,it is very valuable to study the development path of physical bookstores for the development of the whole publishing industry.This paper chooses the largest private independent bookstore in Shandong Province,SoBook.First,starting with the development background and current situation of our country's real bookstores,the paper analyzes the reasons for the impact on real bookstores.Then,from the analysis of the orientation,development strategy and current situation of SoBook,it is discovered that SoBook is currently operating under an open,diversified and shared management concept and compound management measures.In order to make the arguments in this article more reasonable and strong,so the bookstore's consumers were investigated and interviewed to obtain first-hand data.Based on the questionnaire data and the author's on-the-spot investigation results,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems encountered in the development of the bookstore,and then puts forward targeted suggestions.Finally,drawing lessons from the development path of such bookstores and the enlightenment it brings to other entity bookstores,starting from the advantages and disadvantages of such bookstores,this paper puts forward some reference opinions on the development of entity bookstores,mainly considering theinternal and external factors of entity bookstores.Finally,through the joint efforts of internal and external factors,the prosperity and development of entity bookstores are promoted.
