The Analysis And Optimization Of Physical Bookstore's Integrated Development Mode

As a place of cultural communication and cultural exchange,physical bookstore plays an unparalleled role in shaping urban cultural image and spreading positive thoughts.Physical bookstore has always played an important role in people's life.With the increasing impact of online bookstores and digital publishing,physical bookstores urgently need to find a way out in the predicament.In recent years,due to the support of the government and the active exploration of physical bookstores,the physical bookstore industry slowly out of the severe winter,began to recover.physical bookstores are also slowly exploring a road of integration and development,but many physical bookstores are not clear about how to develop integration correctly.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the data,this paper analyzes the present situation and development environment of the physical bookstore.Through a case study,this paper analyzes the typical mode of integration and development of physical bookstore.It is mainly divided into four types of models: technology integration mode,that is,the use of technology to achieve accurate,customized services and complete the publicity and shaping of the brand;The new retail model is to realize the deep integration of online and offline bookstores,to form a new sales scene with consumers as the core,and to integrate material products and enhance consumers' sensory experience through design and activities.The function integration mode is to make the physical bookstore have a new function through the cooperation with other formats such as library,hotel and so on.Through the analysis of the typical mode of integration and development of physical bookstore,some problems are found.In order to make great progress in the physical bookstore,with the help of the theory of “nine elements ”of the business model,this paper constructs the business model canvas of the technology fusion model,the product fusion model and the new retail model of the physical bookstore.In order to clarify the value proposition and core resources of the physical bookstore integration development model,and realize the overall optimization of the physical bookstore integration development model.The benign development of physical bookstore is of great significance to the whole cultural industry.The analysis and optimization of the integrated development model of physical bookstore can provide reference for the future development of physical bookstore.
