A Research On Risk Control Of G Venture Capital's Investment In N Company

China's venture capital investment began in the 1980 s.After 30 years of development,it promoted the growth of a number of high-tech enterprises,and drove the rapid development of the national economy.In the midst of a booming development,many venture capital firms have been eliminated by the market because of the lack of risk identification capabilities and effective risk management systems.Therefore,exploring and applying appropriate risk control strategies is crucial for venture capital firms.At present,most of the researches on risk control of venture capital in China are theoretically discussing the problems and solutions of the venture capital industry.Few of the actual cases are combined with specific analysis of the application of risk control theory in venture capital practice.This paper intends to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of G Venture Capital's risk control system in investment practice by analyzing the case of G Company investing in N company,and to propose improved opinions in order to enrich venture capital investment theory and provide management theories and methods that can be utilized for venture capital practice.Starting from the theory of venture capital and risk control,this paper first expounds the concept,development and characteristics of venture capital,introduces the basic operational process of venture capital and the theoretical basis of risk management,and analyzes the risk sources of venture capital and corresponding control means.Then,the investment parties and investment projects were introduced,with establishment and development of G Company and N Company briefly explained,the company's operation status,financial situation and industry development of Company N were introduced in detail.The last part analyzes the business risk,financial risk,industry risk and investment process risk of the investment,then introduces the risk control system of G company from the three aspects,and finally points out the promblems of the risk control system and put forwards suggestions for improvements.
