At present,China Mobile,China Telecom and China Unicom are the three major mobile communication operators in China. In the increasingly fierce market competition, the quality of public mobile communication networks has become a key factor for operators to enhance their competitiveness. In the early stage of the development of mobile communication networks, network quality assessment is more about one-sided pursuit of single-system network indicators assessment. It is difficult to comprehensively and truly reflect the actual use status of users.Only by improving the quality of the network and improving the user's perception can the communication operator's network brand and user loyalty be truly improved.Based on 2G,3G and 4G networks, this thesis deeply analyzes the main parameters of GSM,WCDMA,TD-SCDMA and LTE networks, including voice service parameters(coverage, signal to noise ratio, aconnection rate, call drop rate, call quality, switching success rate, etc.)and data service parameters(web page open success rate, web page open delay, video playback success rate, video playback rate, message transmission success rate, message reception success rate, message transmission delay, message reception Time delay,etc.).Combined with the current network development and construction, from the perspective of user perception, study the reasonable value of each network parameter, update the original public mobile communication network quality indicators, and determine the network test which based on user perception. The key indicators of the public mobile communication network are tested for different areas. The public mobile communication network test indicators based on user perception are used to evaluate the regional public mobile communication network, which provides a reference for the optimization of the subsequent mobile communication network.
