At present,educational informatization has been in a stage of high efficiency,rapid,stable and safe construction.It is changing from the building of campus LAN infrastructure platform to the fine management and deepening application.How to apply the new information technology to realize the development of modern educational informatization is a new challenge in the field of education informatization.Modern information management relies on high-speed campus network.Big data,cloud computing and MOOC teaching have provided more chances and brought higher requirements to the quality of campus network.In order to improve the quality of campus network,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,qualitative analysis and experiment.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of campus network construction,the affecting user satisfaction factors are analyzed by Ishikawa diagram.By using QFD quality tools,the influencing factors can be converted into improvement measures.User needs are analyzed through the questionnaire survey.In the usage of linear regression modeling technology,we can find out the key measures to improve the network quality which can effectively enhance the user experience,puts forward the improvement scheme.We evaluated the risk of the improvement scheme and implemented it.The quality of campus network can be improved through the targeted network performance improvement.Combined with the network performance test data,the network performance is evaluated by comparing the network failure data,network performance analysis data and operation and maintenance process.After the implementation of the improvement scheme,the number of network failure data has greatly decreased compared with that before the implementation of the transformation project.Operational and maintenance processes have been optimized.The management system has also been improved.The implementation of the improvement scheme in this paper can improve the efficiency of network maintenance and the satisfaction of users.Compared with the experimental data,the network throughput has been improved and the network packet loss rate has also been controlled after the implementation of the network improvement project.Network performance has been improved to some extent.
