Research On The Development Progress And Quality Management Of Internet Software Projects

In recent years,with the rapid change of technology and product ideas in the Internet era,the software development industry has also undergone tremendous changes.While the software development industry in China is growing rapidly,the management of software projects is also changing constantly.The text takes the implementation of a version in the iteration cycle of A company's translation products as the research object,and combines with the actual situation of A company's translation department,from the project.From the perspective of progress management and quality management,this paper analyses the problems in current department project management and solves the problems encountered in project development,hoping to improve the progress and quality management level of department proj ect.In the case study of the implementation of B-translation software project,this paper combines the existing project schedule management and quality management theory knowledge to analyze the B-translation software project.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research background,significance and research methods of this paper,and summarizes the development status of progress and quality management at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical knowledge of project management,progress management and quality management.Know and implement methods and other knowledge points;then briefly introduce the company and project overview,and at the same time analyze and sort out the current situation of the progress and quality management of translation software projects,find out the current problems,and lay the groundwork for the following solutions;Next,from the perspective of project progress management,make a scientific plan for the implementation declaration cycle of B translation software,through formulation.Project schedule control project execution progress;then from the perspective of quality management,the quality management plan and quality assurance of B translation software project are designed to ensure that the project delivers quality and reliable software products on time.The original intention of this paper is to control the progress and time limit of the project by summarizing the relevant knowledge points of the project progress and quality management,and to ensure the quality of the software output to meet user expectations.In addition,the research on the schedule and quality management of B translation software can not only effectively improve the current management effect of translation department,but also provide experience for other similar software development proj ects of the department.
